Arne has several decades of experience in Retail and NGO Management and has been a scuba instructor for around 9 years and has taught over 300 courses at all levels in Thailand, Spain, The Maldives and the Philippines. Originally IDC Staff Instructor at PADI, Arne crossed over to SSI in 2025, and occasionally still teaches up to Divemaster level, when he is not running Seahawk Operations and Marketing.
