1. What is Seahawk Watersports Inc.?

Seahawk Watersports Inc. is a Philippine-registered stock corporation (Company Reg. No. 2026030242034-92, incorporated March 13, 2026, by the Securities and Exchange Commission) specializing in scuba diving education, certification programs, guided dives, equipment rental/sales/service, marine tourism activities, and ancillary café services. Our primary base is in Banilad, Bacong, Negros Oriental (Negros Island Region), with plans for sustainable expansion across prime Philippine dive sites and internationally.

2. What certifications do you offer?
We operate as an authorized training center under SSI (Scuba Schools International) standards. We provide entry-level (Open Water), advanced, specialty, and professional-level scuba diving courses, plus refresher programs. All certifications are internationally

3. Do I need prior experience or to know how to swim to start diving with you?
No prior experience is required for beginner courses. Basic swimming comfort (able to swim 200 meters and float/tread water for 10 minutes) is needed for certification program
s. Non-certified guests can join guided introductory dives or snorkeling under direct supervision.

4. What is your company registration and legal status?
Seahawk Watersports Inc. is fully incorporated under the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines (RA 11232). Certificate of Incorporation issued March 13, 2026 (Reg. No. 2026030242034-92). Incorporators: Arne Jorn Gero Wood, Deroses Camones Gantalao, Rome B Yano, Odette Manuela Bumanglag Dales. Registered office: Villa Cassia, Purok Martisan, Banilad, Bacong, Negros Oriental, NIR 6216, Philippines.

5. What are your business purposes (as per Articles of Incorporation)?
Primary: Offer scuba diving education/certification (entry to professional levels) and provide recreational/professional diving services on owned/rented boats, including guided dives and excursions in compliance with safety standards.
Secondary: Retail/rent/service dive/snorkel equipment; organize marine tourism (snorkeling, sports fishing, eco-diving, underwater photography); collaborate with resorts/hotels; operate a café/lounge; promote marine conservation and responsible practices.

6. Is Seahawk Watersports authorized to offer investments or sell shares?
No. Our Certificate of Incorporation grants juridical personality but does NOT authorize issuing, selling, or offering securities (shares, investment contracts, debt instruments, virtual currencies) without an approved SEC Registration Statement. We are not licensed for any SEC Secondary License activities (e.g., broker/dealer, investment company, lending). Investment solicitation/taking is not authorized without a Secondary License.

7. When are your annual meetings and reportorial obligations?
Annual stockholders' meetings are held on March 15 each year. We submit required reports to the SEC annually: General Information Sheet (within 30 days of the meeting), Financial Statements (per fiscal year-end schedule), and Stock and Transfer Book (stamped within 30 days of incorporation).

8. What safety standards and equipment do you use?
We adhere to SSI international safety protocols, with regular equipment inspections, tank fills by certified technicians, and emergency oxygen/first aid on boats. Our dive team includes experienced professionals. All activities comply with Philippine tourism and maritime regulations (additional permits as required).

9. Can I dive if I have medical conditions?
Scuba diving is generally safe but requires good health. We follow medical questionnaires; certain conditions (e.g., asthma, heart issues) may need physician clearance. Consult your doctor and inform us during booking.

11. Do you offer group bookings, resort collaborations, or eco-initiatives?

12. Will my certification expire?
SSI certifications do not expire, but we recommend a refresher if you've been inactive. Skills updates ensure confidence and safety.
